Please plan for your arrival that your rooms will be available from 3 p.m. On your day of departure we would ask to please vacate your rooms by 10 a.m. If you arrive later or depart earlier we will still charge you the daily room rate!
You can settle your hotel bill in cash, with a debit card (EC-Card) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by bank transfer (receipt of payment by the latest at the end of your holiday stay).
Notice: We ask you expressly to take into account that a booking is only a confirmed booking after a deposit of € 250.00 has been received on our account.

Cancellation conditions are valid in accordance with hotel regulations for Austria:
There is no cancellation fee up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival.
Up to 30 days before the agreed date of arrival 40 % of the package price will be charged, from 30 to 7 days before the start of the trip 70 % and from 7 days before the start of the trip 90 % of the package price will be charged.
Holiday with your dog
The costs for your four-legged friend are € 15.00 per night (without food). Water and food bowls are provided on request. We would ask you to notify us when you book.
Any dirt or damage will be billed separately.
Your dog can accompany you for meals in our café. Döbriach also has its own Dog Bathing Island.
