A visit to Parkbad Döbriach is an absolute highlight in activity holidays at Millstätter See. For our hotel guests, admission is free and comfortable hotel loungers are at your disposal (based on availabilty). The extensive sunbathing meadow of 18,000 m² with a sandy beach is only 10 minutes away on foot, or of course you can take out one of our free bikes.
Activity vacation at Millstätter See
Try out the trend sport “Stand-up Paddling”, flit over the water on over-dimensional floats or take off to new shores with a sailing boat – in the summer months our lake becomes a paradise for water sports. In the Water Sports School “Sporting Blue” you can not only take out the latest equipment, but also take part in courses and workshops. The popular Jollesegeln is great fun, and even for kids over 8.
Around the lake
Not only in the water but also on the banks of the lake, enjoyment is guaranteed. Our guests love the lakeside walkways, around Millstätter See. Or perhaps you would like to jump on your bicycle or E-bike to discover the 28 km long “Millstätter See Cycle Route”? Unforgettable is also a Millstätter See boat tour on the lake. The tour boat lays anchor at lovely places with charming cafes and sunny terraces.

At the Golf Course Millstätter See you can tee off with views over the lake. It is an 18-hole golf course.

The lake in winter
In the cold months of the year there is still a special magic over the lake. The peaceful silence and the endless white are so tempting for lakeside walks. Our tip: Take the bus to Bad Kleinkirchheim where you can enjoy a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride. Discover the beauty of the winter there on the ski slopes or cross country.
